Customer Project Manager ( BSS / OSS )
We are looking an experienced BSS/OSS Project Manager to oversee end‑to‑end delivery of complex, high‑value initiatives across our telecommunications clients. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance technical depth with strong stakeholder management, ensuring every project is delivered with precision and purpose.
Candidates who is Malaysian and have attained a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field should apply to join our growing team of experts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage projects operational relationships with the customer, arranging meetings, customer events and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Be responsible for contract fulfillment, establish the program organization, clarify scope and secure vital resources at the right cost level
- Secure delivery compliance to both contractual and business case requirements
- Manage program scope and change requests meticulously, ensuring all changes are assessed for impact, approved through proper governance, and fully documented with supporting evidence to maintain transparency and audit readiness
- Need hands-on experience when it comes to projects delivery
SKILL SET / WORK EXPERIENCE

Proven experience leading large-scale Systems Integration programs with tight deadlines, involving coordination across multiple vendors and diligent management of diverse subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery, risk mitigation, and adherence to contractual obligations

Need ICT, BSS proficiency and proven track record in Operator Transformation Programs and Projects

Min years of experience: More than 10 years in ICT sector

Domain and Technology experience: BSS and OSS

Areas of Expertise: charging, billing and core network related activities

Project manager certification is a strong advantage

Proven problem-solving skills and good in written & spoken communication

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experiences related to project management methodologies, techniques and tools
- Experience of working within the Telecom/IS/IT industry
- Experience working with multi-national global decentralized organizations
- Experience/knowledge in ITIL, eTOM, CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery or Deployment) practice
